Maryland District Court Jurisdiction, Question 8 (1976)

The Maryland District Court Jurisdiction Amendment, also known as Question 8, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to grant the District Court jurisdiction over juvenile causes.[1]
