The Maryland Sedition and Subversive Activities Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Maryland as a veto referendum, where it was approved. The measure added a new article to the Annotated Code of Maryland called "Sedition and Subversive Activities".[1][2]
