The Maryland Protection of Debtor Property Amendment, also known as Question 11, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the general assembly to provide the amount of property a debtor may have protected from execution.[1]
