The Montana Educational Bonds Referendum, also known as R-46, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have issued a $350,000 bond for the construction and equipment of buildings at Northern Montana College.[1][2]
