Montana State Tax Commission, Amendment 3 (1920)

The Montana State Tax Commission Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have created the state tax commission and modified the county boards of equalization.[1]
