Biography
Monroe Nichols earned a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from the University of Tulsa and a graduate degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.[1] His career experience includes serving as a mayoral aide, chief of staff to a university president, and an economic development director. He previously served on the Tulsa Technology Center board of education.[2]
