|I've lived in N.H. for over 30 years. My husband and I have made our home in Hampstead, raised our daughters in Hampstead schools and served on the Hampstead Fire Department. I have a Bachelor's degree in European History and English Literature, and earned a Master's degree in Public Health from UNH in 2011. I am a educator for the regional poison center and the N.H. Fire Academy. I have served on the boards of the Alexander Eastman Foundation, the YWCA NH as the Partnership for DrugFree NH.
- I support public education: we must implement a more equitable funding structure.
- I support improving access to healthcare, including mental health services and reproductive healthcare. Prevention is our best investment
- I support legalizing marijuana. With carefully developed policy, we can ensure a safe and profitable market that will encourage research, reduce the black market and promote responsible use.

I support the bipartisan, independent redistributing commission that was proposed and approved by the legislature this year, but vetoed by Governor a Sununu.
I have great respect for Senators Shaheen and Hassan, Marjorie Porter and Martha Fuller Clark.
