Louisiana Board of Regents Amendment (October 1992)

The Louisiana Board of Regents Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that the membership of the Board of Regents would be composed of two members from each congressional district with an additional at-large member.[1][2]
