The Louisiana Board of Regents Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 19, 1991, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to reduce the size of the Board of Regents. It also proposed modifications to the authority of the Board of Regents.[1][2]
