|I was born and raised in Poplarville, MS and currently reside there with my wife and daughter. I have worked as a machinist for 22 years. I'm a Christian and hold conservative views. My campaign slogan, God. Family. Country., reflects my values. Serving God, my family, and my country are my top priorities.
- I want to hold the political class accountable and would advocate for additional taxes for members of congress that earn additional income over their salary.
- I believe that federal government should not control education and would advocate for returning control of the education system back to the states.
- I would advocate for protection of our constitutional and God-given freedoms and rights, such as protection of our Second Amendment rights to bear arms.
Protecting against indoctrination of our children in our schools. Ensuring that members of Congress are working for the people and not just themselves. Making America less dependent on other nations for goods and services. Securing our borders. Protecting women's only sports.
Honesty, integrity, accessibility to the constituents, commitment and dedication to my duties.
I am hard-working, have a desire to serve, and am willing to consider other viewpoints, while remaining true to my core values during decision making.
I was a brick masonry helper during summers all throughout junior high and high school.
Surrounded (Fight My Battles) by UpperRoom
Becoming less dependent on other nations for goods and manufacturing, especially nations such as China, which do not share our values and freedoms.
I believe that it would be beneficial in order to allow new ideas and perspectives, and prevent elected officials from becoming career politicians, who are more focused on the benefits they are receiving from being in office than serving the American people.
I would like to introduce a bill that would tax additional money that elected officials make above their salary.
