Kent L. Wingenroth is a judge of the Dona Ana County Magistrate Court, Division 5, in New Mexico. He was appointed to the court by Governor Bill Richardson in December 2006.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Wingenroth has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from York College in Pennsylvania.[1]
Career
Prior to serving as magistrate judge, Wingenroth worked as a federal court security officer. He spent two decades with the New Mexico State Patrol, from 1981 to 2001.[1]
