Biography
Jim Scheer lives in Norfolk, Nebraska. Scheer earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1976. His career experience includes owning an insurance agency and an auto parts store. Scheer served as the mayor of Norfolk.[1][2][3]
