Jeffrey Clark is a judge on the Kent County Superior Court in Delaware. He was appointed by Governor Jack Markell (D) on February 27, 2015, and confirmed by the state senate on March 18.[1][2]
Clark was a member of the Delaware Public Service Commission, the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies, from 2005 until his judicial appointment.[3] He was appointed to the position by former Governor Ruth Ann Minner (D) in November 2005.[3]
Education
Clark received his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his J.D. from Widener Law School in 1996.[3]

Career
Clark was a partner at the law firm of Schmittinger and Rodgriguez in Dover. He has also served two terms on the Smyrna School Board and as chief attorney for the Delaware State Senate. Clark was a member of the Delaware Public Service Commission from 2005 to 2015. He was appointed by former Gov. Ruth Ann Minner in November 2005. His term expired in May 2014, but he continued to serve at the pleasure of Governor Jack Markell.[3]
