Jerald Bagley
Jerald Bagley is a former judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Civil Division, in Florida. He served on the court from 1995 to 2018. Bagley was appointed to the court by former Governor Lawton Chiles, officially joining on March 31, 1995.[1][2][3] Bagley retired from the court on March 31, 2018, to start a private practice.[4]
Education
Bagley received his undergraduate degree in political science from Bloomfield College and his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1981.[5]
Career
Bagley moved to Miami in 1984 to work as an assistant state attorney. He served in the juvenile and felony divisions of the State Attorney's Office and became the assistant chief attorney. In 1995, he was appointed to the circuit court.[5] After leaving the bench in 2018, Bagley started a private mediation practice, JB Mediation.[6]
