James B. Osborn is a judge of the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana. He assumed office on January 1, 2009. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Osborn ran for re-election for judge of the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.

Biography

Osborn received a B.A. in U.S. history from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 1982, and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1993.[1]

Osborn previously served as a prosecutor and public defender in Marion County, chief counsel to the Indiana Gaming Commission, and an attorney in private practice. He also worked at the Indiana Office of Attorney General.[2]
