John F. Simon, Jr. is a judge of the First Circuit Court, Division II, in Santa Rosa County, Florida. He was appointed by Governor Rick Scott on October 13, 2011.[1][2][3] Simon was later re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires on January 4, 2021.[4][5]
