The Idaho Legislative Authority to Amend State Water Plan Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 117, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure gave the legislature constitutional authority to amend or reject the state water plan.[1]
