The Idaho Loaning of Educational Funds Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 10, was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted loaning of educational funds on county, city and village bonds.[1]
