Idaho Senate and House of Representatives Composition, HJR 13 (1912)

The Idaho Senate and House of Representatives Composition Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 13, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure set forth the composition of the Senate as comprising of one member from each county; and for the House of Representatives not to exceed three times number of Senators.[1]
