The Idaho Revision Committee Approval of Amendment Subjects Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed the Constitution to be amended with amendments containing more than one subject upon review from a revision committee.[1][2]
