The Florida judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a retention election for appellate judges, a primary election on August 24, 2010 and a nonpartisan General Election for trial court judges on November 2, 2010.
Supreme Court
Four of the Florida Supreme Court justices were retained to another term in office:

Circuit courts
There were 7 contested Circuit Court races in the General Election. The other races were decided in the primary. All incumbent judges were retained. According to the Florida Division of Elections: "If a judicial candidate receives a majority of the votes at the primary election, the candidate's name will not appear on the general election ballot unless a write-in candidate has qualified for the same office." The election status of such candidates retained in the primary is indicated below as "Retained/Unopposed".[3][4]
