Fred S. Silverman
Fred S. Silverman was a judge on the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Tom Carper (D) in 1993.[2] He retired on November 28, 2015.[3]
Education
Silverman received a B.A. from New College and a J.D. from the University of Boston School of Law in 1975.[2]
