David J. Kaplan
David J. Kaplan is a judge for the New York County Family Court in New York County, New York. He was appointed to the court by Democratic Mayor Bill de Blasio on June 2, 2015.[1][2]
Education
Kaplan received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 1996 and his J.D. degree from the Emory University School of Law in 1999.[2]
