Biography

Education

Sleet received his B.A. in history from Furman University in 1984 and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in 1987.[1]

Career

Sleet began his career in 1987 as an assistant state attorney for Hillsborough County. In 1991, he joined the firm of Barr, Murman, Tonelli, Slother & Sleet, P.A. He left the firm in 2006 when was appointed as a unified family court judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court by Governor Jeb Bush. In 2012, he was elevated to the appellate court by Governor Rick Scott.[1][2]
