Education, Youth Enrichment, Drug/Crime prevention
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Youth Enrichment, and Educating our youth are my biggest passions. I believe that our youth are the future of our nation and we must do everything we can to ensure a bright future.
What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
Transparency, and open mindedness are the most important qualities of an elected official. Elected officials should voice the people’s opinions openly and connect with constituents on a regular basis.
What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?
I am a hardworking, passionate, and loyal individual that is not afraid to put the best interests of my community first.
What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?
I strongly believe that the safety of our public is the most important issue to focus on. We cannot allow our community to be ruined by crime.
What legacy would you like to leave?
I would like to leave a legacy of honesty, and true commitment to the people that I serve while in office.
Are there any little-known powers or responsibilities held by this office that you believe more people should be aware of?
Yes, this office has the ability to establish trust between the citizens of our city. This is a little known fact because across the country it seems as though trust just isn’t too common in the political scene.
What kind of skills or expertise do you believe would be the most helpful for the holders of this office to possess?
Passion, and community involvement
What qualities does this office possess that makes it a unique and important part of the local government?
This office holds the power to govern the City of Henderson. There are several issues that can directly be affected by those that hold this office.
Do you believe that it’s beneficial for holders of this office to have previous experience in government or politics?
No I do not, I believe that many issues that this position addresses have common sense solutions. I also believe that the best qualifier for this position is a passionate individual who is involved in the community.
