Charlie Winburn
Charlie Winburn (Republican Party) was a member of the Cincinnati City Council in Ohio. Winburn assumed office in 2009. Winburn left office in 2017.
Winburn ran for election to the Cincinnati City Council in Ohio. Winburn did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 2, 2021.
Previously, Winburn served on the council from 1993 to 2001. He began his second tenure in 2009. He did not seek re-election in 2017.[1][2][3]
In 2014, Winburn was a Republican candidate for District 9 of the Ohio State Senate.

Elections for the Ohio State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 5, 2014. Cecil Thomas defeated Paul Sohi, Dale Mallory, Catherine Ingram, Joe Hye and Angela Beamon in the Democratic primary, while Jacqueline Mikita was unopposed in the Republican primary. Mikita withdrew from the race before the general election, and was replaced on the ballot by Charlie Winburn. Winburn was defeated by Thomas in the general election.[4]
