Carol Sente
Carol Sente is a former Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 59 from 2009 to 2019.
Sente did not seek re-election to the Illinois House of Representatives in 2018.
Biography
Sente earned her B.S. in business from Indiana University in 1983. Her professional experience includes working as the vice president of the Vernon Hills Park District from 2006 to 2009, Owner and president of SRBL Architects from 2003 to 2011 and V.P. of FGM Architects, Oak Brook.[1]

2014
Elections for the Illinois House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 18, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was December 2, 2013. Incumbent Carol Sente ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Leslie Munger ran unopposed in the Republican primary. Sente then defeated Munger in the general election.[10][11][12][13]

2012
Sente won re-election in the 2012 election for Illinois House of Representatives District 59. Sente was unopposed in the March 20 Democratic primary and defeated District 53 incumbent Sidney Mathias (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[14][15][16]
2010
Sente won re-election to the 59th District seat against Republican Dan Sugrue.[17] She defeated Elliott Hartstein in the Democratic primary on February 2nd by a margin of 4,119 to 1,925. The general election took place on November 2, 2010. [18] [19]
