Connie Wilkerson was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 43 of the Mississippi State Senate.

Wilkerson ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi Senate District 43. She defeated Robert Hendry and Roun McNeal in the primary on August 2, 2011, but lost to Phillip Gandy in a primary runoff election on August 23, 2011. James Walley defeated both Dennis Cochran and Tommy Dickerson in the Democratic primary and James Snyder is running as an Independent. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[1][2][3][4]
