The Connecticut General Assembly Annual Sessions, Question 3 (1946), also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in Connecticut on November 5, 1946, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have amended the Constitution to determine when general assembly shall convene.[1]
