Billy Joe White
Billy Joe White was the chancellor of the Eighth Judicial District in Tennessee. He served in this position from 1977 to 2012. In 2006, he was re-elected without opposition to another term, which was supposed to end in 2014.[1][2][3] White died on November 20, 2012.[4]
Education
White received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chattanooga in 1961 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 1963.[1]
Career
White worked as a private practice lawyer prior to becoming a Chancellor in 1977.[1]
