I am Amanda Frison. I am a wife of 19 years to an amazing man, who served 20 years in the U.S. Army. I am a mother to three beautiful and intelligent, adult children. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army. I am currently an Independent Stylist in the women's intimates and shapewear industry. I love empowering women with comfort and confidence. My husband and I also run our own logistics company. In between my military service and business ventures, I was blessed to be able to be a stay-at-home mommy and wife. I volunteered frequently at my children's schools, including President of the Parent Teacher Fellowship. I attended AIU online and an associates in business. I attended Columbia College where I received a BA in Psychology. I have lived in Alabama 17 years, 9 of those years in Auburn.

I am running for Alabama House Representative, District 79 to give the people of District 79 a choice, a voice. Otherwise, the incumbent would be running unopposed. I am passionate about, we the people, having a voice and empowering every individual to create an empowered community. I am a Libertarian, because the wisest quote I ever read was, "be the change you want to see." To me, that is what the Libertarian Party is, the change I hope I blessed to live long enough to see. I am truly humbled by this opportunity and I pray I make the best of it, for the people of Alabama.

  • No one, not even one person's voice should be silenced by closed primary, voter restrictions, and ballot access restrictions.
  • The People of Alabama, including District 79 are under represented. The population has grown rapidly but representation is stagnant.
  • Citizens of Alabama should be able to place Initiatives and Referendums on the ballot.

The only public policies that I am passionate about are the ones that limit the government and lift the burdens off the people. F
