Albany, New York, Proposal 6, Ward Residency Requirement for Common Council Candidates Charter Amendment (November 2021):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported requiring common council candidates to be electors and residents in the ward they are seeking to represent for at least 365 days before taking office and their entire term if elected.

A "no" vote opposed this charter amendment requiring common council candidates to be electors and residents in the ward they are seeking to represent for at least 365 days before taking office and their entire term if elected.

Albany, New York, Proposal 7, Community Police Review Board Authority for Investigations and Oversight of Complaints against Police (November 2021):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported increasing the authority of the existing Community Police Review Board to conduct investigations and have oversight over complaints against policy.

A "no" vote opposed this measure increasing the authority of the existing Community Police Review Board to conduct investigations and have oversight over complaints against policy.
