The ballot title for Library and Museums Bond Measure was as follows:
“ | Shall the City of Albuquerque issue $15,595,000 of its general obligation bonds to study, plan, design, develop, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate, renovate, repair, refurbish, modernize, preserve, maintain, expand, enhance, automate, upgrade, landscape and otherwise improve, and to acquire artifacts, exhibits, furnishings, books, media, and equipment for, public libraries, City-owned museums and cultural facilities? | ” |

- ↑ Under federal law, the national mail voter registration application (a version of which is in use in all states with voter registration systems) requires applicants to indicate that they are U.S. citizens in order to complete an application to vote in state or federal elections, but does not require voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship.
