The Alabama Constitutional Amendments Affecting One County Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to modify Amendment 425 to the constitution in order to clarify that amendment and to provide further provisions related to constitutional amendments that affect only one county.[1][2]
