The Alabama Recognition of Educational Contributions Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment proposed to allow spending public funds to recognize individual contributors to education in Alabama.[1][2]
