The Alaska Health and Welfare Construction Bond Proposition, also known as Proposition 2, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Alaska as a legislatively-referred bond act, where it was approved. The measure issued $5 million in bonds for the construction of health and welfare facilities.[1]
