Alan Zundel
Alan Zundel was a Pacific Green Party of Oregon candidate for Oregon secretary of state in 2016.[1] He was defeated in the general election on November 8, 2016.
Biography
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Zundel is a former tenured professor of public policy studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He moved to Oregon ten years prior to the 2016 election. He serves as the state secretary of the Pacific Green Party of Oregon and is a part-time licensed professional counselor.
Zundel and his wife live in Eugene, Oregon, and have two children.[2]

Zundel filed to run as a Pacific Green Party of Oregon candidate in the 2016 election for Oregon governor. He competed with Brad Avakian (D), Dennis Richardson (R), Independent Party of Oregon candidate Paul Damian Wells, Libertarian Sharon Durbin, and Constitution Party candidate Michael P. Marsh in the November general election.[1]
