Ashley Mulgrave Gould
Ashley Mulgrave Gould (1859-1921) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on December 2, 1902 to fill a seat vacated by Andrew Coyle Bradley. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 8, 1902, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 20, 1921.[1]
