The Arkansas Arkansas State and County Officer Term Limitss, Proposed Amendment 44, also known as Proposed Amendment 44, was on the 1950 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have set four-year term limits for state and county officers.[1]
