Angelica Guerrero-Cuellar
Angelica Guerrero-Cuellar (Democratic Party) (also known as Angie) is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 22. She assumed office on February 25, 2021. Her current term ends on January 13, 2027.
Guerrero-Cuellar (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Illinois House of Representatives to represent District 22. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Guerrero-Cuellar was appointed to the seat on February 25, 2021, following the resignation of Edward Guerra Kodatt.[1]
Biography
Angelica Guerrero-Cuellar earned a B.A. in international relations from Roosevelt University in 2005. Guerrero-Cuellar's career experience includes working as the contact tracer supervisor and manager of operations of Envision Community Services, the development coordinator of Chicago Children's Advocacy Center, and the director of field operations of Angeles Sandoval's Cook County commissioner campaign. She has served as an auxiliary board member of the National Museum of Mexican Art.[2]
