Biography
William Villafañe Ramos was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Villafañe Ramos earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from The University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, and a juris doctorate from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. His career experience includes working as a lawyer. [1]
