William Roe
William Roe is a former Louisiana State Judge for the 25th Judicial District in Plaquemines Parish. In July of 2008, Judge Roe was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of felony and three counts of malfeasance in office.[1] Roe pleaded not guilty. On August 1, 2008, the Louisiana Supreme Court pulled Roe from the bench, pending the outcome of the criminal case. Roe did not seek re-election and retired on December 31, 2008.[2]
