The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission is a part of the judicial disciplinary agency in West Virginia.[1]

Note: State judicial disciplinary agencies do not have appellate jurisdiction or authority over federal court judges and justices.

Organization

The commission is made up of nine members: three circuit court judges, one magistrate, one family law master, one mental hygiene commissioner and three members of the public.[1]
