Republicans gained one state Senate seat with 27 seats to the Democrats' three seats. Republicans retained control of the state House with no change to their 51 seats to Democrats' nine seats.
Wyoming has two U.S. Senate seats and one U.S. House seat. Republican Liz Cheney was elected to Wyoming's U.S. House seat in November 2016.

The measure, which allowed the Wyoming Legislature to invest additional state funds in the stock market, was approved.
