A Vermont "Justice" Used to Designate Supreme Court Judges Amendment was on the 1913 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved, becoming Article 34 of the amendments to the Vermont Constitution.

The language added to the Vermont Constitution as a result of Article 34 says:

That wherever the words "judge" or "judges" are used in the Constitution of Vermont or amendments thereof, to designate a judge or judges of the supreme court, the words "justice" or "justices" shall be substituted therefore, as the case may require.
