Biography
Education
Logue received his undergraduate degree in English literature from Dickinson College in 1977 and his J.D. from Duke University in 1982.[1]

Noteworthy cases
Porsche class decertified by court (2014)
The Third District Court of Appeal reversed a trial court's certification of a class action against Porsche Cars North America, Inc. because that court used an outdated definition. Judge Logue wrote that the class must be decertified because all its members could not show that they were unable to reasonably avoid the injury, in this case, theft.
