Biography
Tammy Brankley Mulchi lives in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Her career experience includes owning and operating a residential construction business and working as a realtor in Clarksville. Before that, she was a legislative aide for almost 20 years to Senator Frank Ruff and Delegate Tommy Wright. Mulchi was elected to the Clarksville Town Council.[1]
