Tara Johnson (Wisconsin)
Tara Johnson (Democratic Party) is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 96. She assumed office on January 6, 2025. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Johnson (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 96. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Johnson also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District. She did not appear on the ballot for the Democratic primary on August 13, 2024.
Biography
Tara Johnson's career experience includes working as executive director of the United Way of La Crosse. She served as a La Crosse County board member and chair and was a member of AFSCME.[1]
