I’m Tracy L Refior and I’m a Republican. I've been a Financial Advisor for nearly 30yrs. I'm a small business owner. I’m running because I see a need for better fiscal responsibility and transparency at the County Treasury.

As a fiduciary in an office that carries fiduciary responsibilities, I’ll be uniquely qualified to faithfully represent the interests of the citizens of Lancaster County and Lincoln. I am duty bound to do the moral and ethical thing for the people that I serve.

A financial advisor for nearly 30 years, I’ve managed and invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the best interests of my clients. A successful small business owner, I have extensive experience in running multiple businesses.
  • My top priorities are to bring Transparency, Efficiency, and Integrity to the office of Lancaster County Treasurer. I’m a proven leader in business and community groups. I’m a professional who doesn’t bend the rules and understands the processes of allocating funds. I’m prepared for this role due to my research into the needs of the office and my ability to improve the office. As a Financial Advisor and a successful small business owner I have extensive experience in running day to day operations of multiple businesses. I'm efficient and a master at time management. I have identified the needs of the county and I have a vision on how to improve the Lancaster County Treasury to better serve the people of the county.
  • My top priorities would be to bring Transparency, Efficiency, and Integrity to the office of Lancaster County Treasurer. I will lead a conscious effort to account for how and where county monies are spent especially concerning the wheel tax and how that is being spent to fix roads. Implementing better technology will be important to alleviate wait times at county offices. Good commonsense decisions in times of crisis and thinking quickly and creatively will stop inefficiencies before they happen. Better technology as well as a clear understanding of the functions of the office will increase transparency immensely.
  • I've successfully built my own business from the ground up. I have expertise in financial matters and I'm the only fiduciary in this race. I know how to create and hold to a budget. I'm a proven businessperson, highly professional, and prepared for the job with my experience and with the research I’ve done into the role. The taxpayer is always in charge. If county employees at the DMV and Treasury aren't happy, then that can have a bad effect on customer service. I urge these employees to hold on because we can help and improve this. Complaints about the DMV can be addressed with the correct vision for the office.
