T.J. Fabby
T.J. Fabby (b. April 23, 1981) was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 10 of the Texas House of Representatives.[1]
Biography
Fabby graduated from Red Oak High School, then earned his certification in firefighting from Texas A&M Commerce. His professional experience includes working in operations management and storage container repair; he owns a business, Liberty Container.[2]

- Excerpt: "I pledge to do everything in my power to stifle and end this murderous practice in Texas. I am dedicated to the restoration of the right to life for every innocent person, born and unborn."
Gun Rights
- Excerpt: "A criminal is not restrained by law until they are caught. So if a criminal is willing to break the law to commit a robbery or murder, then they would have no problem breaking the law in order to obtain the gun to do it with. Therefore, I am opposed to ALL gun legislation."
Property Rights & Taxes
- Excerpt: "I support a broad based sales tax. A consumption tax is the best way to be sure that the tax burden is spread out evenly."
Nullification & States Rights
- Excerpt: "I support the sovereignty of Texas and I will push for nullification and no-compliance when it comes to unconstitutional federal acts and mandates. This includes regulations from the EPA and the Department of Education."

Elections
2014
Elections for all 150 seats in the Texas House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 4, 2014. Those candidates who did not receive 50 percent or more of the vote in their party primary on March 4 faced an additional May 27 primary runoff. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in these elections was December 9, 2013. T.J. Fabby and John Wray defeated Q.D. "Duke" Burge and Jake Ellzey in the Republican primary. Wray defeated Fabby in the May 27 Republican runoff. Wray was unopposed in the general election.[1][4][5]
2012
Fabby ran in the 2012 election for Texas House of Representatives, District 10. Fabby was defeated by incumbent Jim Pitts in the May 29 primary election.[6][7]
